Ingredients
1/2 Cup Salted Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
Dash Of Salt
1/2 Cup Chopped Pretzels
1 Cup Butterscotch Chocolate Chips
10 Caramel Toffee Cropped
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then butter and flour a 8 by 8 pan so the blondies wont stick to your pan
- Chop pretzels finely be not in to a powered and chop toffees in to quarter
- Place butter into a sauce pan on medium heat and whisk until butter starts foaming and hiss with brown specks appearing on the bottom of the pan. Watch carefully as your butter can easily overcook going from brown butter to burnt
- Remove butter from sauce pan pour it into a large mixing bowl and set aside to cool down for 5 minutes.
- Whisk in brown sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Then mix in till flour and salt just are combined as the more you stir the lest soft your blondes will be.
- Slowly fold in butterscotch chocolate chips and pretzels
- Pour batter into your floured pan and place in oven for 18 minutes so your blondies are 95% done.
- Then take out and add you chopped toffee to the top and press into the blondie lightly. After place to pan back in the oven for about 5
minutes for the toffee to melt and for the blondies to finish cooking. - When done set aside and let cool for 2 hours in the pan, don't try to get then out before the 2 hour of cooling because they will fall apart easy.
- Eat and enjoy this sweet and salt addicting treat
